  • Our apartments are typically twice the size of an average hotel room offering guests a much greater level of comfort.
  • Separate living and sleeping spaces, our guests can work, relax on the sofa and cook their favourite meals whenever they choose to.
  • Our serviced apartments give greater comfort and flexibility yet cost less than a hotel room because:-
  • Meals are not included in the price – you get to choose whether to stay in or eat out at one of the many local restaurants.
  • Maid service is required less frequently than a hotel room yet you still have weekly cleaning with fresh towels and bed linen.
  • No costly laundry bills, room service and other hotel costs.

There are no hidden costs.  Our weekly rates include broadband, utilities, council tax and weekly servicing.

We are the preferred short term accommodation provider to a number corporate clients and are more than happy to discuss your needs.

Serviced accommodation is a fully furnished property including a range of home like amenities but with hotel like services.

Each property differs slightly however on completion of your booking, all relevant details relating to your stay will be emailed to you. If you have any questions following receipt of these, please let us know.

Unfortunately we do not currently allow for pets to stay at any of our locations.

All properties are professionally cleaned after each departure. It is possible to arrange for additional cleaning services to be undertaken during your stay should you require a ‘one off’ or more regular cleaning you only have to let us know at the time of booking.

Payment is taken at the time of booking. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.
